Yes. We will assist you in the researching, evaluation, negotiating and purchase of your next home (at no cost to you) and you receive full marketing, advertising and representation on your current home with no listing commission or “flat fee”.
What If The Buyer For My Home Is Represented By A Realtor?
Then the only commission that you will pay is the commission due to the real estate broker representing the buyer (Usually 2.7%)
Are There Any Up-Front Fees?
NO! There are no up front costs. If we do not sell your home, you pay nothing. What’s amazing about our program is that when we do sell your home you may still pay nothing!!
Where Do You Make Your Money?
When we help you purchase your next home, we earn a commission on that sale of that property which is paid by the seller, not you.
Would You Still Sell My Home If I Do Not Purchase Another Property?
YES! If you do not purchase another home with us, we would still give you full service marketing and representation on your home for only 3.99%. In the event that the buyer for your home is not represented by a Realtor, that commission would be reduced by 2.7%, leaving you with only a 1.29% commission obligation.
Do I Really Get "Full" Service?
COMPLETELY! Full service does not need to be full price. I have streamlined my business and marketing system to be able to offer what others can't. Does Homes by Design Realty Show My Home To Buyers?
YES! We have licensed Realtors available every day ready to show and sell your home to interested buyers.
Do Other Agents Show My Home?
YES! Through a system know as “Broker Reciprocity”, other real estate companies have access to your homes information through the MLS.
Do You Also Work With Buyers That Do Not Have A Home To Sell?
ABSOLUTELY! Our agents provide full service for buyers as well. Any Buyer can expect the same professionalism and representation in searching for an existing home or new construction. The best part for buyers is that they get this professional assistance at no cost.
How Do I Know What My Home Is Worth?
We prepare a free comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) using the same techniques as appraisers. This will assist YOU in determining the correct price for your home taking into consideration the current competition of similar homes and review of recent sales in your area to compare market times and selling prices.
